Answer: Yes
Can the development work take place outside of Singapore?
Answer: This depends on the nature of the proposed solution. It is possible for part of the development work to take place outside of Singapore.
Is the funding on reimbursement basis or will some of the funding be available upfront with subsequent funding released as milestones & deliverable are met?
Answer: Funding will be on a reimbursement basis.
