As Singapore's National Parks' (Parks) Living Lab, Jurong Lake Gardens (JLG) is a platform to showcase sustainable design and smart technology. The ability to test-bed solutions in this area also contributes towards sustainability outcomes and efficient operations at JLG. In this webinar, government agencies will share their challenge statements and discuss how interested parties can submit proposals to use JLG as a test-bed for their solutions.
Background
Jurong Lake Gardens is Singapore's first national gardens situated in the heartlands. It is a people's garden where spaces are sensitively landscaped and created for families and the community to come together.
As NParks' Living Lab, the Gardens is a showcase for sustainable design and smart technology for sustainable operations. It also serves as a platform for innovators to test-bed solutions that contribute towards sustainability outcomes and efficient operations. Solutions with successful outcomes may be scaled up for subsequent implementation across other parks/green spaces. There is much to discuss, and many creative urban solutions to explore.
