Background
Since late 2018, Royal Danish Embassy in Singapore has been spearheading a strategic platform initiative to position Danish sustainable development competencies and Danish Institutional Investors within Asia’s crowded and rapidly evolving infrastructure scene. The platform includes a close collaboration with Singapore’s Infrastructure Asia office, a Singapore Government initiative promoting trade and investment into Asia’s infrastructure development and financing.
By leveraging on the regional project development activities carried out by Infrastructure Asia we work towards securing new infrastructure development opportunities for Danish solution providers. We also seek to strengthen business relations with leading infrastructure players - including development banks and other project financing institutions - in Singapore and the surrounding region through targeted high-level roundtables where our platform members pitch competencies and forge new business relations.
