Zero-Emission Shipping Mission: How international public-private collaboration accelerates the green maritime transition

Time: Monday 15th of April, 14:00-15:00 PM SGT

Venue: Singapore, Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre, Room: Nicoll 3 (Level 3)

We are thrilled to invite you to an event hosted by the Zero-Emission Shipping Mission (‘the Mission’) at Singapore Maritime Week 2024. The Mission brings together a high-ambition alliance of countries, the private sector, research institutes and members of the civil society to support demonstration of zero-emission deep sea shipping by 2030.

This event marks two important launches for the Mission – the announcement of the Mission’s strengthened 2030 goals and the launch of the report “Oceans of Opportunity: Supplying Zero-Emission Marine Fuels at Ports”. The report is exploring strategies global ports can take to supply green methanol and ammonia this decade, where fuels are likely to be produced and sourced, and detailed case studies on how ports of Rotterdam, Singapore, Algeciras, Corpus Christi, and Seattle and Tacoma are approaching zero-emission bunkering.
