The CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge 4th Edition – Now Open for Danish Innovators

Do you have an innovative solution that makes the urban environment more climate-resilient and resource-efficient?

Danish companies, entrepreneurs, and innovators now have an opportunity to showcase their solutions on a global stage through the CapitaLand Sustainability X Challenge 2024.

As one of Asia's largest and most diversified real estate groups, CapitaLand will select up to 10 innovators to present their solutions to a global audience, participate in a mentorship program, and pilot their innovations at CapitaLand properties worldwide.

The opportunities include:

• Total of over S$1 million to cover cost of piloting all innovations.

  • Pilot, test and scale innovations within CapitaLand's buildings located across more than 260 cities in over 40 countries, with over S$1 million to cover the cost of piloting all the chosen innovations.

• Access to both local and global markets with expert mentoring on strategy and approach

• Implement forward-looking solutions for asset types including retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self storage, data centres and development/construction sites globally.

The Application Process

This year, up to 10 standout innovators will be selected to pilot their solutions across select CapitaLand properties.

Applications end on January 27th, 2025, 23:59 GMT+8.

Timeline

• Registration: October 28 2024 – January 27th 2025

• Shortlisting: End-Jan – Early April 2025 (30 startups will be shortlisted)

• Selection: April – May 2025 (10 finalists)

• Mentorship: May – June 2025 (finalists will be paired with mentors)

• Demo Day & Selection of Winner: July 2025
